Also known as Celery Root, Turnip-rooted Celery or Knob Celery. Bulbous root veggie about the size of a grapefruit, has a mild, slightly sweet, celery-like flavour. Though their flavors are similar, celery and celeriac are not interchangeable, a different variety than the celery we're used to. Belongs to the same plant family as carrots.
