Blue/Violet petals, black seeds, crispy and very thick walled. Contains more Dihydrocapsaicin than Capsicum, resulting in a different burn. Pubescent: stems and leaves are hairy. More resistant to cold than other species; adapted to 4-21 degrees Celsius.
